Thermal Design
The increase in manufacturing complexity results in new challenges in the quality assurance of manufacturing processes. Our quality control system has steadily advanced through the years and with rigorous and systematic internal controls and supply chain management we ensure that our thermal balancing solutions are up to the highest requirements.
Prototyping
We handle multiple in-house tools (and have access to others via partners) that are made up of various technologies which allow us to produce a prototype, or have a small scale production. This includes CNC milling, laser cutting and etching, sheet metal press bending & stamping, injection molding of various types of plastic materials, Pressure die-casting and extrusion of aluminum alloys, die casting of brass and zinc-aluminum (ZAMAK) alloys, sandblasting & surface polishing, electroplating & anodizing, injection molding and extrusion of rubber materials, and 3D printing.
Design validation
As the project progresses through the design stages, our verification and validation activities ensure that the products fulfill all defined user needs and input requirements, under specified operating conditions. Our methods of design validation include: CFD FVM – Finite Volume Method, DFM, DFA, FMEA analysis, in-house hydraulic and thermal testing and validation, in-house wind tunnel validation, acoustic validation, UL & CE certification.
Manufacturing
When we do product development and testing, we always think about the most economical, efficient, and effective manufacturability. Our team is made up of highly experienced engineers with unrivaled knowledge of methods, processes, and tools to plan production on the highest level. We are involved with the process of manufacturing, from planning to packaging of the finished product, to fine-tune assembly, packaging and shipping facilities. With two production locations in Slovenia and one in the USA, we are able to cover various OEM customer requirements.
