Z590 Carbon EK X June Promotion 2022

The organizer of the Z590 Carbon EK X June Promotion 2022 (»Promotion«) is EKWB, d. o. o., whose registered business address is at Pod lipami 18, 1218 Komenda, Slovenia (“EKWB”).
- Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of the Promotion is the promotion of EKWB and its products through promotional offers in case of purchase of selected products featuring a) free gifts and b) special discounts (“Promotional Offer”).
- Promotion Duration
The Promotion is available and valid only during the period starting with 03 June 2022 at 09:00 AM (UTC+1), and ending on 30 June 2022 at 10:00 PM (UTC+1) (“Promotion Duration”).
Purchases after the end of the Promotion Duration will not be eligible for Promotional Offer.
Promotional Offer is only available while the stock of individual products subject to Promotional Offer lasts.
- Participation in the Promotion
The Promotion is only available to customers in case of purchase of the EK-Quantum MSI MPG Z590 CARBON EK X D-RGB with EAN: 3831109837627 (“Z590”) in EKWB’s webshop available at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/. Individual consumers (natural persons) must be aged 16 years or more at the date of entry into the Promotion.
The Promotion is available worldwide.
The Promotional Offer gift is added in the box of Z590 automatically.
The Promotional Offer discount will be automatically applied at the checkout in the EKWB’s webshop.
The customer is not eligible for Promotional Offer and EKWB is not bound to provide Promotional Offer purchase conditions in the following cases:
- Purchased product is not part of the Promotional Offer.
- Purchased product is purchased outside of Promotional Duration.
- Product is not purchased in the EKWB’s webshop.
Promotional Offer cannot be used after a purchase order has been placed in EKWB’s webshop or in conjunction with any other offer or discount or previous purchases.
The number of orders in connection with which the Promotion can be taken advantage of is not limited.
Applications of ineligible participants or applications not complying with these Terms and Conditions (“Ineligible Applications”) will be disqualified at full discretion of EKWB and no Promotion advantage will be awarded to such applicants.
The Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
EKWB shall not be liable in case the participation in the Promotional Offer is not possible due to temporary unavailability of the website or for other technical reasons outside of EKWB’s control.

- Free gift
A 50 EUR/USD voucher redeemable for further purchases at EKWB’s webshop available at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ free of charge (“Free Promotional Gift”). The currency of the voucher will depend on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location. The offer is valid while supply lasts.
- Discounts
A 150 EUR/USD discount on the aggregate retail price of other products in the cart apart from Z590. The currency of the discount will depend on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location.
- Conditions of the Promotion
The Promotion and the Promotional Offer are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supplement and precede the Terms of Sale, available at our website www.ekwb.com . In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale. By placing an order for products subject to the Promotion and Promotional Offer, the consumer indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale.
EKWB reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. EKWB reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the Promotional Offer at any time.
The fulfilment of any order placed under the Promotional Offer conditions, or fulfilment of the Promotion promise, is subject to availability of the chosen product(s) and/or Promotional gifts. EKWB does not guarantee availability of any products subject to Promotional Offer nor Promotional gifts to individual consumers. EKWB reserves the right to cancel any order already placed in case of unavailability of the chosen products, Promotional gifts or in case of Force Majeure.
EKWB shall not be liable for accuracy or completeness of the description of any product subject to the Promotional Offer or Promotional gifts. The Promotional Offer products and Promotional gifts are as stated, the terms of the Promotion do not apply to any other products.
EKWB reserves the right to limit the availability of selected products before the lapse of the Promotion Duration, or change or modify the list of products subject to Promotion during the Promotion Duration, or change the Promotion Duration in case of unavailability of products subject to Promotion or Promotional gifts or Force Majeure.
“Force Majeure” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean any unforeseeable event occurring after the public announcement of this Promotion that could not be expected, prevented or avoided and causes a delay in performance or the inability of EKWB to fulfil it. Examples of Force Majeure shall include e. g. natural disasters and catastrophes such as epidemics, nuclear accidents, fire, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes; actions or omissions of civil or military authorities, declaration of state of emergency, war or mobilisation, civil war or uprising, riots, sabotages or revolutions, etc. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
In case of placement of an order for any product subject to Promotional Offer and unavailability of the complementary Promotional benefit, EKWB will notify the customer thereof and leave up to his discretion to withdraw from the purchase, receive the purchased items without the Promotional benefit or receive the purchased items with a substitute Promotional gift EKWB may offer. EKWB shall be free to provide substitute Promotional gifts or not. EKWB does not grant and shall not be liable to provide substitute Promotional gifts.
The benefits of the Promotion cannot be converted to any other benefits, used with any other purchases, redeemed in cash or other alternatives. The benefits of the Promotion are not transferrable or assignable to other consumers. The benefits of the Promotion may not be resold.
EKWB shall not be liable for inaccurate Promotional Offer details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
The Discount is redeemable only in the same order that includes the Z590. In case the total price of other products in the cart apart from Z590 is lower than 150 EUR/USD, the difference is not redeemable with any other purchases, in cash, vouchers or other alternatives.
EKWB assumes no responsibility or liability for any undesirable consequences that participants and/or anyone else could experience as a consequence of participation in this Promotion.
- Withdrawal and returns
In the event that the consumer wishes to exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract (”cooling-off”) or exercises 30-Day Money Back Guarantee offered by EKWB, the conditions of the Terms of Sale apply. All refunds will match the discounted amount on the purchase receipt.
- Warranty
Warranty conditions of the EKWB’s Terms of Sale apply, available at our website www.ekwb.com.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
