1. Organizer

The organizer of the EK Easter Eggventure Promotion 2024 (“Promotion”) is EKWB, d. o. o., whose registered business address is at Pod lipami 18, 1218 Komenda, Slovenia (“EKWB”).

2. Purpose of the Promotion

The purpose of the Promotion is the promotion of EKWB and its products by awarding the winners the selected prizes (“Promotion Prize”).

3. Promotion Duration

The Promotion consists of two distinctive campaigns:

1. Easter Egg Hunt
2. Flash sale

Easter Egg Hunt

The participation in the Easter Egg Hunt part of Promotion is possible only during the period starting on 18 March 2024 at 01:00 PM CET (UTC+1) and ending on 9 April 2024 at 9.00 AM CET (UTC+1) (»Easter Egg Hunt Promotion Duration«).

The Promotion Prize in the Easter Egg Hunt part of Promotion can only be claimed and taken advantage of between 18 March 2024 at 1:00 PM CET (UTC+1) and ending on 9 April 2024 at 9.00 AM CET (UTC+1).

Flash Sale

The participation in the Flash Sale part of Promotion is possible only during the period when the individual items’ Flash Sale period is active (»Flash Sale Promotion Duration«). The individual item’s Flash Sale Promotion Duration will last for the time indicated on the banner (24 hours or less).

The Promotion Prize in the Easter Egg Hunt part of Promotion can only be claimed and taken advantage of during the period when the individual items’ Flash Sale period is active.

The Flash Sales for various items will be sporadically scheduled between 18 March 2024 at 01:00 PM CET (UTC+1) and 9 April 2024 at 9.00 AM CET (UTC+1), as a rule twice a week, six times in total.

Common provisions

Easter Egg Hunt Promotion Duration and Flash Sale Promotion Duration are hereinafter for convenience jointly referred to as Promotion Duration. The term shall be understood to pertain to either part of the Promotion, as appropriate.

Entries before or after Promotion Duration and orders placed before the beginning of the Promotion or after the end of Promotion will not be eligible for the Promotion Prize.Promotion is only available while the stock of individual Promotion Prizes lasts, where applicable.

4. Participation in the Promotion

The Promotion is only available to individual consumers (natural persons) aged 18 years or more at the date of entry. Promotion is available worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotion is not available to employees and associates of EKWB or its affiliated companies, their immediate family members or members of the same household, or anyone otherwise connected or affiliated to EKWB.

Easter Egg Hunt

To participate in the Easter Egg Hunt, the participant must undertake all of the following steps:

1. During the Easter Egg Hunt Promotion Duration visit EKWB’s website accessible at https://www.ekwb.com/ and search for virtual Easter Eggs. Virtual Easter Eggs appear as easter related emojis  and are scattered on random webpages within the EWKB’s website. There is a variety of different virtual Easter Eggs available.
2. Upon clicking on virtual Easter Egg, obtain the unique code unlocking the Promotion Prize associated with the individual virtual Easter Egg. The virtual Easter Eggs locations will change over time. Some virtual Easter Eggs do not contain unique codes but clues and hints to the location of virtual Easter Eggs that do contain unique codes unlocking the Promotion Prize. Hints and riddles on the location of virtual Easter Eggs will also be available on EKWB’s social media channels/sites and in EKWB’s newsletter. Virtual Easter Eggs will only appear and be available during the Promotion Duration.
3. During the Easter Egg Hunt Promotion Duration, place an order via EKWB’s webshop accessible at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ exceeding 100,00 EUR/120,00USD/180,00AUD (depending on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location) net (i. e. without shipping fees, VAT/sales or other taxes, and any additional charges).
4. Enter the unique code unlocking the Promotion Prize at the checkout by clicking the “I have a promotional code” button and entering the code in the provided text box at the end of the “Payment Method” section of the second checkout step (“Delivery and Payment”).

Flash Sale

To participate in the Flash Sale, the participant must undertake all of the following steps:

9. During the Flash Sale Promotion Duration visit EKWB’s website accessible at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-easter-eggventure and search for the Flash Sale. The unique Flash Sale appear as a top copy banner featuring a countdown timer. The individual Flash Sales will be published at random times between 18 March 2024 at 01:00 PM CET (UTC+1) and 9 April 2024 at 9.00 AM CET (UTC+1), as a rule twice a week and six times in total, and will remain visible, active and available for the indicated time upon publishing (24 hours or less).
10. During the Flash Sale Promotion Duration, place an order with discounted product via EKWB’s webshop accessible at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-easter-eggventure.

The Promotion Prizes will be automatically considered/added to the shopping cart if the above conditions are met.

Only one Promotion Prize per purchase may be claimed. However, the number of participations of the same participant in case of multiple purchases is not limited, as long as each Promotion Prize is claimed in its own separate purchase order. The purchase order may contain additional items that are not subject to Promotion, where applicable (i. e. a discounted item subject to Promotion and regular items not subject to Promotion).

Incomplete applications and applications not complying with these Terms and Conditions (“Ineligible Applications”) will be disqualified at full discretion of EKWB and no Promotion advantage will be awarded to such applicants.

The customer is not eligible for Promotion Prize and EKWB is not bound to provide the Promotion Prize in the following cases:

• No purchase order of eligible items (where applicable) is made.
• The purchase is not made in the EKWB’s webshop.
• The purchase is made outside of Promotion Duration.
• The purchase order threshold value required for participation in the Promotion is not reached (applies to Easter Egg Hunt only

The value of the purchase, as long as exceeding the threshold set above, does not influence the chances of winning a particular Promotion Prize (applies to Easter Egg Hunt only).

EKWB shall not be liable in case of temporary unavailability of EKWB’s website, EKWB’s webshop site, virtual Easter Eggs or Flash Sale discounts, inability to enter the Promotion Prize code at the checkout or for other technical reasons outside of EKWB’s control.

The Promotion Prizes are not transferrable or assignable to other persons. The Promotion Prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. The Promotion cannot be entered after a purchase order has been placed in the EKWB’s webshop or in conjunction with previous purchases.

Flash Sale

1. Discount in the amount of 10 % of the total net value of the item subject to Promotion (i. e. without taxes and shipping costs).
2. Conditions of the Promotion

The Promotion and the Promotion Prize are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) supplement EKWB’s Privacy Policy, available at EKWB’s website www.ekwb.com. In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

The participation in the Promotion is subject to Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By submitting a purchase order with the Promotion Prize code entered, the participant confirms his/her application and participation in this Promotion and indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

EKWB reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. EKWB reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the Promotion Prize at any time. EKWB reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Duration at any time.

Entering the Promotion does not require a standalone subscription to EK’s newsletter or opening of the account with EKWB’s webshop.

EKWB shall not be liable for accuracy or completeness of the description of any Promotion Prize.

EKWB shall not be liable for inaccurate Promotion Prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Promotion.

The Promotion Prize is as stated. The Promotion Prize cannot be swapped for another Promotion Prize, converted to any other benefits, substituted with other products, redeemed in cash or other alternatives, unless EKWB decides otherwise at his sole and full discretion. The specifications of the Promotion Prize shall be within the full and sole discretion of EKWB.

The Promotion Prizes Easter Egg Hunt – Free gift and Flash Sale – Discount are subject to availability of items subject to the Promotion. EKWB does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion Prizes, e. g. due to logistics delays, depletion of the Promotion Prize stock or Force Majeure. EKWB reserves the right to limit the availability of selected Promotion Prizes before the lapse of the Promotion Duration. EKWB reserves the right to substitute any Promotion Prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

EKWB assumes no responsibility or liability for any undesirable consequences that participants and/or anyone else could experience because of participation in this Promotion.

EKWB reserves the right not to award the Promotion Prize, to cancel or amend the Promotion without notice in the event of a Force Majeure event. “Force Majeure” shall mean any unforeseeable event occurring after the public announcement of this Promotion that could not be expected, prevented or avoided and causes a delay in performance or the inability of EKWB to fulfil it. Examples of Force Majeure shall include e. g. natural disasters and catastrophes such as epidemics, nuclear accidents, fire, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes; actions or omissions of civil or military authorities, declaration of the state of emergency, war or mobilisation, civil war or uprising, riots, sabotages or revolutions, etc. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

In case of placement of an order and unavailability of the complementary Promotion Prize, EKWB will notify the customer thereof and leave up to his discretion to withdraw from the purchase, receive the purchased items without the Promotion Prize or receive the purchased items with a substitute Promotion Prize EKWB may offer. EKWB shall be free to provide substitute Promotion Prizes or not. EKWB does not grant and shall not be liable to provide substitute Promotion Prizes.

EKWB’s decisions on the awarded Promotion Prize as well as other matters pertaining to the Promotion are final and binding. No challenges, complaints or other legal remedies shall be available.

7. Withdrawal and returns

In the event that the customer wishes to exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract (”cooling-off”) or exercises 30-Day Money Back Guarantee offered by EKWB, the conditions of the Terms of Sale apply. All refunds will match the discounted amount on the purchase receipt.

8. Warranty

For the Promotion Prize, warranty conditions of the EKWB’s Terms of Sale apply, available at our website www.ekwb.com.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
