Halloween discount and giveaway promotion 2021
- Organizer
The organizer of the Halloween discount and giveaway promotion 2021 (»Promotion«) is EKWB, d. o. o., whose registered business address is at Pod lipami 18, 1218 Komenda, Slovenia (“EKWB”).
- Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of the Promotion is the promotion of EKWB and its products through promotional offers featuring free gifts in case of purchase of selected products or product bundles, or special discounts ranging from 5-15 % on selected products (“Promotional Offer”).
- Promotion Duration
The Promotion is available and valid only during the period starting with October 28, 2021 at 02:00 PM (UTC +1), and ending on November 2, 2021, at 08:00 AM (UTC +1).
Purchases after the end of the Promotion Duration will not be eligible for Promotional Offer.
Promotional Offer is only available while the stock of individual products subject to Promotional Offer lasts.
- Participation in the Promotion
The Promotion is only available to customers in case of purchase in the EKWB’s webshop available at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/. Individual consumers (natural persons) must be aged 18 years or more at the date of entry into the Promotion.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotion is not available to employees and associates of EKWB or its affiliated companies, their immediate family members or members of the same household, or anyone otherwise connected or affiliated to EKWB.
The Promotion is available worldwide, with certain limitations for customers with shipping addresses in Mexico, Brazil or Kuwait due to customs reasons, as indicated in the Promotional Offers description below.
For participation in the Promotion, the consumer must purchase a product that is a part of the Promotional Offer or place an order above certain value during the Promotion Duration.
The Promotional Offer discount will be automatically applied at the checkout in the EKWB webshop.
To redeem the Promotional Offer free gifts, the customer must add the chosen Promotional gift to the shopping cart manually. The Promotional Offer will be automatically applied at the checkout in the EKWB webshop.
The consumer is not eligible for Promotional Offer and EKWB is not bound to provide Promotional Offer purchase conditions in the following cases:
- Purchased product or product bundle is not part of the Promotional Offer.
- The Promotional Offer threshold order value is not reached.
- Purchased product or product bundle is purchased outside of Promotional Duration.
- Product or product bundle is not purchased in the EKWB webshop.
Promotional Offer cannot be used after a purchase order has been placed in the EKWB webshop or in conjunction with any other offer or discount or previous purchases.
When placing a mixed order for items subject to this Promotional Offer and items excluded from this Promotional Offer, the Promotion only applies to the former.
The number of orders in connection with which the Promotion can be taken advantage of is not limited.
Applications of ineligible participants or applications not complying with these Terms and Conditions (“Ineligible Applications”) will be disqualified at full discretion of EKWB and no Promotion advantage will be awarded to such applicants.
The Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, except Clearance discount available for selected products as indicated in the EKWB webshop. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotional Offer is not available for products already discounted to 90 % of the regular retail price under the Clearance discount.
EKWB shall not be liable in case the participation in the Promotional Offer is not possible due to temporary unavailability of the website or for other technical reasons outside of EKWB’s control.
- Promotional Offers
The contents of the Promotional Offer is the following:
- EK-CryoFuel Yellow
With any order exceeding 200 AUD/EUR/USD (depending on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location), the customer will get one piece of EK-TIM Ectotherm (5g) thermal paste free of charge.
Furthermore, the customer may in addition choose to receive one piece of the following products free of charge:

The Promotional Offer is not available to customers with shipping address in Mexico, Brazil or Kuwait.
- EK-CryoFuel any colour
With any order exceeding 400 AUD/EUR/USD (depending on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location), the customer will get one piece of EK-TIM Ectotherm (5g) thermal paste free of charge.
Furthermore, the customer may in addition choose to receive one piece of the following products free of charge:
- Any EK-CryoFuel Concentrate (100mL)
- Any EK-CroyFuel Solid Concentrate (250 mL)
For avoidance of doubt, this Promotion does not include EK-CryoFuel Premixes, EK-CryoFuel Solid Premixes, EK-CryoFuel Dye Pack, or the Filling Bottle (1000mL).
The Promotional Offer is not available to customers with shipping address in Mexico, Brazil or Kuwait.
- EK-Leak Tester
With any order exceeding 200 AUD/EUR/USD (depending on the currency displayed in the webshop based on customer’s location), the customer is allegeable to receive one EK-Leak Tester free of charge
The Promotional Offer is only available to customers with shipping address in Mexico, Brazil and Kuwait.
- Discount for radiator and fan bundles
The contents of the Promotional Offer is 20-23 % discount on retail prices of selected bundles of EK-CoolStream radiators and EK-Vardar EVO fans. The bundle contents, number of items in each bundle and the exact amount of discount for the selected bundle are indicated in the EKWB webshop.
The Promotion applies only to the predefined bundles as a whole. The product types and number of items included in each bundle subject to the Promotion are fixed and cannot be increased, decreased or replaced.
- Discount for EK-AIO products
The contents of the Promotional Offer is:
- 15 % discount on retail prices of the following EK-AIO D-RGB products:
- EK-AIO 120 D-RGB
- EK-AIO 240 D-RGB
- EK-AIO 280 D-RGB
- EK-AIO 360 D-RGB
- 10 % discount on the retail prices of the following EK-AIO Basic products:
- EK-AIO Basic 240
- EK-AIO Basic 360
- 5 % discount on the retail prices of the following EK-AIO Elite products:
- EK-AIO Elite 280 D-RGB
- EK-AIO Elite 360 D-RGB
- Conditions of the Promotion
The Promotion and the Promotional Offer are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supplement and precede the Terms of Sale, available at our website www.ekwb.com. In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale. By placing an order for products subject to the Promotion and Promotional Offer, the consumer indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale.
EKWB reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. EKWB reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the Promotional Offer at any time.
The fulfilment of any order placed under the Promotional Offer conditions, or fulfilment of the Promotion promise, is subject to availability of the chosen product(s) and/or Promotional gifts. EKWB does not guarantee availability of any products subject to Promotional Offer nor Promotional gifts to individual consumers. EKWB reserves the right to cancel any order already placed in case of unavailability of the chosen products, Promotional gifts or in case of Force Majeure.
EKWB shall not be liable for accuracy or completeness of the description of any product subject to the Promotional Offer or Promotional gifts. The Promotional Offer products and Promotional gifts are as stated, the terms of the Promotion do not apply to any other products.
EKWB reserves the right to limit the availability of selected products before the lapse of the Promotion Duration, or change or modify the list of products subject to Promotion during the Promotion Duration, or change the Promotion Duration in case of unavailability of products subject to Promotion or Promotional gifts or Force Majeure.
“Force Majeure” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean any unforeseeable event occurring after the public announcement of this Promotion that could not be expected, prevented or avoided and causes a delay in performance or the inability of EKWB to fulfil it. Examples of Force Majeure shall include e. g. natural disasters and catastrophes such as epidemics, nuclear accidents, fire, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes; actions or omissions of civil or military authorities, declaration of state of emergency, war or mobilisation, civil war or uprising, riots, sabotages or revolutions, etc. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
In case of placement of an order for any product subject to Promotional Offer and unavailability of the complementary Promotional gift, EKWB will notify the customer thereof and leave up to his discretion to withdraw from the purchase, receive the purchased items without the Promotional gift or receive the purchased items with a substitute Promotional gift EKWB may offer. EKWB shall be free to provide substitute Promotional gifts or not. EKWB does not grant and shall not be liable to provide substitute Promotional gifts.
The benefits of the Promotion cannot be converted to any other benefits, used with any other purchases, redeemed in cash or other alternatives. The benefits of the Promotion are not transferrable or assignable to other consumers. The benefits of the Promotion may not be resold.
EKWB shall not be liable for inaccurate Promotional Offer details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
EKWB assumes no responsibility or liability for any undesirable consequences that participants and/or anyone else could experience as a consequence of participation in this Promotion.
- Withdrawal and returns
In the event that the consumer wishes to exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract (”cooling-off”) or exercises 30-Day Money Back Guarantee offered by EKWB, the conditions of the Terms of Sale apply. All refunds will match the discounted amount on the purchase receipt.
- Warranty
Warranty conditions of the EKWB’s Terms of Sale apply, available at our website www.ekwb.com.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
