EK’s Effort in Overcoming Covid-19 Challenges and High Demand

While the whole world is facing the same challenges resulting from the pandemic, we are confident that you also understand EK’s situation and consequent shipping delays and order drawbacks.
The circumstances in Slovenia are not much different than elsewhere. The country is under lockdown for almost a month now, and as much as we were ready to deal with the situation, we also experienced some issues and drawbacks in our operations.
We assure you that our contingency plan is firmly in place. The production is operating with over 100% capacity while following all restrictive measures. We have also engaged additional resources in purchasing while at the same time struggling with all global impacts. On top of that, we face increased demand for our products, but that’s great news given the circumstances.
We value our relationship and count on your understanding that we, as a responsible company, are doing everything we can to take care of our greatest asset – our employees – first. We are responsible for their wellbeing and are making sure they remain safe and not exposed to the virus. Most importantly, our endeavors are also focusing on their mental health and welfare.
We kindly ask you to trust that we are doing everything possible to shorten delays and strengthen our product delivery.
