Shipping policy

All orders require 1-3 business days processing time before the shipping process. EKWB does not guarantee same day shipping. EKWB does not process orders during weekends. EKWB will notify customers by e-mail when their order leaves its premises with the shipping courier.

Shipping Options and Charges

EKWB can ship your order via four different postal services (depends on the availability of services for your country, shipping methods are shown at the checkout process):

  1. DHL Express: full tracking available, all information at
  2. UPS Logistics: full tracking available, all information at
  3. DPD Ground shipping: full tracking available, all information at
  4. International Post: EMS Priority shipping (no tracking available), all information at
    The estimated time of delivery of EMS Priority shipments is only informative (not guaranteed) and can vary greatly between each individual country the shipment is being sent to, depending on the distance to the destination country, the road connections and the quality standards of local postal service providers.
    Estimated time of delivery does not include: the day the shipment was sent out, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and the time when the shipment is going through customs procedures.

    If a customer thinks the parcel is lost or delayed, he can contact EKWB via
    EKWB will file in an inquiry only 30 days after the shipping date of the customer's order. Inquiries are no longer possible 6 months after the shipping date.
    When choosing EMS Priority shipping, the customer agrees that charge-back is only possible 60 days after the day parcel was shipped out. Any disputes of payment charge-back before that date will be refused stating to shipping terms that the customer has agreed to when choosing EMS Priority shipping.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by our online shipping calculator, depending on the shipment weight and dimensions. Rates are custom duty unpaid.
Shipping charges can be calculated before ordering, since they will be added to the order's subtotal price at the checkout page. Shipping charges are based on region and therefore cannot be estimated until you provide us with the requested shipping information.

  • Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.
  • Shipping time is not guaranteed, only estimated; shipping cost is guaranteed as stated at checkout page.
  • Customs duties are not included in Grand Total value of the order and are paid by customer at destination. Process of payment is handled by a third party (usually carrier) and EKWB is not responsible for incurred costs.
  • We are sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.
  • EKWB does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.
  • EKWB does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.

International Shipping

EKWB ships orders worldwide. PayPal payment is the preferred method for international orders; direct bank money transfer is also an option. International orders may require some forms of identification before processing. If our web shop system does not offer the shipping to your country or the area that you reside in, please send us an so we can check and possibly add your country or region into our system. If we may not be able to process your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment, if already made.

Orders, placed from countries outside the EU, may be subject to import tax. We do not charge for this tax, so the customer will have to take care of it separately. You are responsible (if any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges) to import these items or they will be returned to us after a certain period of time, determined by the specific carrier.

EKWB does not state the shipping products as 'RMA parts' or 'free samples/gifts' or 'state low value' for the orders made in our web shop, so please do not ask us for it as this is against the law.

EKWB is not responsible for any package that gets damaged or lost due to another country customs or postal service. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service, we are not responsible for it, but will help you resolve the issue with delivery courier. Until resolved no refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by EKWB.

Effect of customs processes on the shipping time and extra costs

All international shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additionally incurred customs charges. Items are declared based on their charged value, therefore we will not accept customers' requests to markdown the item declarations - you would be defrauding your tax administration, which is illegal and punishable by law. By placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed.

Special notice about P.O. Box shipping

Our shipping providers cannot deliver the order to you, if the address you provided us with is a P.O. Box. If a customer states P.O. Box address as the shipping address of his order, EKWB will contact the customer via e-mail asking for alternative address. If the customer does not reply within 3 business days, EKWB will cancel the order and fully refund the payment.
