Many system integrators have hesitated to embrace custom loop liquid cooling due to its complexity and maintenance demands. Enter Nexe – an innovation that will transform that perspective, encouraging integrators to reconsider liquid cooling solutions for their systems.
Nexe will standardize and streamline the process to bring custom loop liquid cooling to the masses with zero hassle.
In contrast to most custom loop products, key components of Nexe water blocks and combo units are injection molded. This achieves the best ratio between performance, design, and price.
One of the most time-consuming aspects of building a custom loop cooling system is measuring and cutting tubes, threading fittings, and securing compression rings. Nexe revolutionizes this with push-in fittings that lock in place, forming an airtight seal while still allowing the tube to rotate freely.
Say goodbye to tube cutting. Nexe provides ready-made tubes sorted by length and connection type. These tubes are easy to implement and intuitive, with options for straight and angled push-in fittings.
One of the standout features of these tubes is their sleek, elegant design. The rubber tubes’ sleeves enhance the aesthetic appeal and allow users to customize their systems with various sleeve colors to match brand-specific color schemes.
EK aims to simplify the process by providing easy-to-follow lists of necessary tubing for each mainstream case, ensuring seamless connectivity between all elements of the cooling loop. This eliminates the guesswork and complexity typically associated with custom loop liquid cooling.
Nexe revolutionizes the installation process by eliminating the need for threading, utilizing innovative push-in fittings that effortlessly lock in place. These fittings ensure an air-tight seal while still permitting the free rotation of the tube, enhancing both efficiency and flexibility.
Additionally, Nexe removes the hassle of tube cutting by providing pre-made tubes that are meticulously sorted by length and connection type. This streamlined approach makes implementation straightforward and intuitive. The tubes are designed with either straight connections or angled push-in fittings, accommodating a variety of installation requirements with ease.
EK Nexe water blocks utilize a modular approach. The GPU water block comprises a cooling core tailored to specific GPU models or platforms and a heatsink that covers the entire GPU PCB.
For instance, the Nexe GPU cooling core can accommodate both RTX 4080 and 4090 graphics cards, actively cooling the GPU and VRAM. Other critical components on the GPU PCB are efficiently cooled by a CNC-milled aluminum extrusion designed for each specific GPU model. Combined, the GPU cooling core and aluminum heatsink visually resemble a traditional water block with an acetal top.
The passive aluminum heatsink’s substantial size and design allow it to effectively cool the rest of the PCB’s critical components.
Introducing the EK-Pro DFF Unit: the ultimate Draining, Flushing, and Filling machine for liquid-cooled PCs. Loop maintenance will never be the same again!
The EK-Pro DFF Unit is capable of executing sophisticated sequences of pressurizing the loop, cleaning it, flushing the entire system, and finally refilling the loop with fresh coolant – all with the press of a button! It also allows users to create their preferred custom programs in its user-friendly touchscreen interface.
The DFF Unit connects to four large containers: one for the coolant, one for the cleaner, one for the flushing agent, and one for waste.
The EK-Pro DFF Unit connects to QDCs pre-installed on the EK Nexe pump reservoir combo unit.
The DFF, however, isn’t limited to use with Nexe systems. With conversion adapters, it can adapt to any regular custom loop product on the market. These adapters convert EK Pro line products into fully functional components of the Nexe product line, making them essential for assembling professional workstation PCs.
