EK-FC7850 water block released
Ljubljana, September 4th 2012
EK Water Blocks presents the newest Full-Cover water block, the EK-FC7850 for AMD reference design (as well as Powercolor’s LF R17FA) Radeon HD 7850 graphics card, thus completing the offer of FC water blocks for AMD Radeon HD 7000 generation graphics cards. This water block is now available in Nickel Plexi and Nickel Acetal version. Both variants will be readily available for purchase from EK Webshop on September 14th 2012 (preorders are possible).
This water block directly cools the GPU and RAM as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the graphics card and it’s VRM (passively cooled) to remain stable under high overclocks. EK-FC7850 water block also features a very high flow design therefore it can be easily used in liquid cooling systems using weaker water pumps. Base is made of nickel plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality cast satin finish acrylic or POM Acetal material (depending on the variant). Screw-in brass standoffs are pre-installed and allow for safe, painless installation procedure.
Up to four EK-FC7850 series water block can be interconnected with EK-FC Bridge & Link system. Moreover this water block also lines up with EK-FC7870 which further expands the users choice of graphics cards. The connection link (EK-FC Link) is enclosed with each water block.
Enclosed:
– EK-FC7850 series water block
