Shop the Loop - Cosmic Realm
This is a perfect example of a minimalistic build, perfect for SFF PCs. The pump and reservoir are hiding inside the CPU water block, allowing for a small footprint that can be used in any PC case. Soft tubing is cleverly routed to make this excellent and easy-to-build liquid-cooled PC look extremely simple yet stylish.

About the Build
The Cosmic Realm makes the most out of the all-new EK-Quantum Velocity² DDC combo unit and very cleverly uses this 4-in-1 SFF treat together with the new EK-Loop soft tubes. We went with minimal fittings to achieve a great clean and reduce costs. However, the performance is still at its peak, with a little help from two EK-Quantum Surface 360 radiators. One is a slimmer S version located on the top, and the other is the P (performance) version located at the front.
But this awesome package deal does not end here. The build also features the GPU that is encased from both sides while the CPU is being cooled by the EK-Velocity² cooling engine. All in all, a beast of an SFF build!
The CPU Combo Unit
So, let’s see what all this fuss about our new combo unit is all about.
Imagine combining the Velocity2 CPU water block, a DDC 4.2 Pump, and a small reservoir into one SFF-friendly unit. This great combo solution also features a pair of inlet and outlet ports. We used the pair on top, while the other hides at the side so the tubing can go over the RAMs. To fill the loop more easily, we added two fill ports, one on the top and one on the top front.
Let’s not forget the pump is still PWM, so you can adjust the speed as you see fit. You can even decrease the speed and still get maximum flow while achieving near-silent operation.
The GPU Water Block Set
If you don’t need the active backplate, simply opt just for the Vector² front block, and the included backplate will still encase the GPU from both sides.
Fittings: Simplicity in Focus
We used soft tubing on purpose to keep the build simple and fast. We did use some 90° rotary adapters to help with the routing and to reach the desired levels of aesthetic sexiness.
For the CPU and GPU, we used only one 90° rotary adapter on each port. For the front radiator, we used a 90° rotary adapter with a 14-mm extender on each port, enabling us to get the tubing that goes up from below the shroud. The 10/16-sized tube is then connected with 10/16 STC fittings for a perfect match.
The front P360M Surface radiator might seem like it is pushed against the glass without enough airflow, but in fact, it is placed just perfectly to have enough space to breathe and perform at its peak. Being the multiport version, it allows the drain valve to be mounted at its bottom. A Surface port extender, two micro 90° rotary adapters, and four pieces of 7-mm static micro extenders create space for the drain valve.
We used two EK-Loop D-RGB LED Edge Diffused Strips to cover the front fan mounting holes on the radiator. As it is possible to cut the strip anywhere between the LEDs, we were able to achieve the exact strip length, and now it sits perfectly across the case’s entire front, resembling a portal to another realm. A Cosmic one.
Both radiators come in white versions and are covered in white Vardar X3M fans, completing the exceptional look and providing the perfect airflow.
Clean D-RGB Aesthetics
D-RGB lightning, combined with the EK-CryoFuel Mystic Fog coolant, adds the final layer of aesthetics to complete this eye candy of a water-cooled build.
We hope you’ll enjoy the Cosmic Realm as much as we did building it!
