Organizer 

 

The organizer of the Bundle Campaign Promotion (2026) (»Promotion«) is LM TEK, d. o. o., whose registered business address is at Poslovna cona Žeje pri Komendi, Pod lipami 10, 1218 Komenda, Slovenia, registration No. 9708413000 (“LMTEK”). 

 

Purpose of the Promotion 

The purpose of the Promotion is the promotion of LMTEK and its products through promotional offers by awarding the customers a) discounts for orders meeting specific requirements, and b) offering free shipping for eligible orders (“Promotional Offer”). 

 

Promotion Duration 

The Promotion is available and valid only during the period starting on 28 January 2026 at 10:00 AM (UTC+1), and ending on 6 February 2026 at 10:00 AM (UTC+1) (“Promotion Duration”). 

Purchases after the end of the Promotion Duration will not be eligible for Promotional Offer. 

Promotional Offer is only available while the stock of individual products subject to Promotional Offer lasts.  

 

Participation in the Promotion 

The Promotion is available to end-customers who are consumers (natural persons) (“Customers”) in case of purchase in LMTEK’s webshop available at https://www.ekwb.com/shop/. Individual consumers (natural persons) must be aged 16 years or more at the date of entry into the Promotion. 

The Promotion is available worldwide. 

• For participation in the Promotion with respect to discounts, the customer must place a binding order meeting the requirements and thus eligible for the discount via LMTEK’s webshop during the Promotion Duration. 

The Discount will be automatically applied at the checkout in LMTEK’s webshop to all eligible items during the Promotion Duration. 

• For participation in the Promotion with respect to free shipping, the customer must place an order via LMTEK’s webshop during the Promotion Duration exceeding the specified order value threshold.  

The Promotional Offer free shipping will be automatically applied at the checkout in LMTEK’s webshop to all eligible orders during the Promotion Duration. 

The customer is not eligible for Promotional Offer and LMTEK is not bound to provide Promotional Offer purchase conditions in the following cases: 

With respect to discount:  

• The order does not meet the requirements to be eligible for the discount.  

With respect to free shipping:  

• The order does not meet the minimum purchase value threshold. 
• The delivery address is outside of the territory where regular delivery is possible. 

The purchase is made outside of Promotional Duration. 

The purchase is not made via LMTEK’s webshop. 

 

Promotional Offer cannot be availed of after a purchase order has been placed in the LMTEK’s webshop or in conjunction with any other offer or discount or previous purchases.  

The number of orders in connection with which the Promotion can be taken advantage of is not limited. However, the Promotional offer applies only to orders of household quantities, irrespective whether the order is made as a single order or as a combination of two or more orders. Orders exceeding household quantities will be disqualified at full and sole discretion of LMTEK and no Promotion advantage will be awarded. 

For purchases by ineligible participants or purchases not complying with these Terms and Conditions (“Ineligible Purchases”), no Promotion advantage will be granted. 

The Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or used for Preorder items. For avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Offer does not apply to products subject to Clearance discounts and Preorder items. If such items are contained in the same order, they will be disregarded as if they were not part of the order with respect to meeting the requirements for Promotional Offer eligibility. 

LMTEK shall not be liable in case the participation in the Promotional Offer is not possible due to temporary unavailability of the website or for other technical reasons outside of LMTEK’s control.  

 

Promotional Offer 

The contents of the Promotional Offer is the following: 

  

Discount: 

• 15 % discount on the net purchase price of the items, i. e. the price without VAT or other sales tax, provided that the order includes at least one (1) coolant and at least one (1) superflush. For avoidance of doubt, the discount applies only to these two items and not the entire purchase order.  
• 20 % discount on the net purchase price of the CPU coolant, i. e. the price without VAT or other sales tax, provided that the order includes at least one (1) coolant and at least one (1) CPU block. For avoidance of doubt, the discount applies only to coolant and not the entire purchase order. 

 

 

Free shipping 

• Any order will be shipped for free to any location worldwide where regular webshop deliveries take place, insofar the net order value, i. e. the price of the ordered items (excluding shipping) without VAT, exceeds the threshold 100 EUR/150 USD/250 AUD. The threshold depends on the currency displayed in the webshop based on the customer’s location. Clearance items do not count in the threshold value. 

 

Conditions of the Promotion 

 

The Promotion and the Promotional Offer are subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions supplement and precede the Terms of Sale, available at our website www.ekwb.com. In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

Participation in the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale. By placing an order for products subject to the Promotion and Promotional Offer, the consumer indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale. 

LMTEK reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time. LMTEK reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the Promotional Offer at any time, particularly if the eligible items’ inventory has been depleted. 

The fulfilment of any order placed under the Promotional Offer conditions, or fulfilment of the Promotion promise, is subject to availability of the ordered product(s). LMTEK does not guarantee availability of any products subject to Promotional Offer to individual consumers. LMTEK reserves the right to cancel any order already placed in case of unavailability of the chosen products or in case of Force Majeure. 

LMTEK shall not be liable for accuracy or completeness of the description of any product subject to the Promotional Offer. The Promotional Offer products are as stated. 

LMTEK reserves the right to limit the availability of selected products before the lapse of the Promotion Duration, or change or modify the list of products subject to Promotion during the Promotion Duration, or change the Promotion Duration in case of unavailability of products subject to Promotion, particularly in case of Force Majeure. 

“Force Majeure” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean any unforeseeable event occurring after the public announcement of this Promotion that could not be expected, prevented or avoided and causes a delay in performance or the inability of LMTEK to fulfil it. Examples of Force Majeure shall include e. g. natural disasters and catastrophes such as epidemics, nuclear accidents, fire, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes; actions or omissions of civil or military authorities, declaration of state of emergency, war or mobilisation, civil war or uprising, riots, sabotages or revolutions, etc. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to participants as soon as possible. 

In case of placement of an order for any product subject to Promotional Offer that is unavailable, LMTEK will reject the order and notify the customer thereof. 

The benefits of the Promotion cannot be converted to any other benefits, used with any other purchases, redeemed in cash or other alternatives. The benefits of the Promotion are not transferrable or assignable to other consumers. The benefits of the Promotion may not be resold. 

LMTEK shall not be liable for inaccurate Promotional Offer details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Promotion.  

LMTEK assumes no responsibility or liability for any undesirable consequences that participants and/or anyone else could experience as a consequence of participation in this Promotion. 

 

Withdrawal and returns 

In the event that the consumer wishes to exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract (”cooling-off”) or exercises 30-Day Money Back Guarantee offered by LMTEK, the conditions of the Terms of Sale apply. All refunds will match the discounted amount on the purchase receipt. 

 

Warranty 

Warranty conditions of the LMTEK’s Terms of Sale apply, available at our website www.ekwb.com. 

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
