What is the usual ticket response time?
The current response time is 1 - 2 workdays, depending on the number of tickets we receive that day. Unfortunately, our answer to your question might be delayed beyond the predicted two workdays when dealing with a larger number of support tickets.

Are there any countries you are not shipping to?
Despite the current situation, we are still shipping our products worldwide. To see your shipping options, we suggest you create an account (in case you don't have one already) and follow these steps:
- Log into your account,
- Place the products you wish to purchase into the shopping cart,
- Proceed to the checkout.
In case you wish to place your order as a guest, after putting desired items in your shopping cart, you will fill out the shipping information and proceed to the checkout. A new page will open, and all available shipping services for your location will be displayed.
Why are certain shipping methods that used to be available now unavailable?
Due to the worldwide transit issues caused by the pandemic, we had to disable some shipping options to specific locations. The shipping methods you see displayed at the checkout are the ones we currently offer to your location.
