We suggest you check card temperatures during games. If temps are normal we suggest you reinstall stock air cooler and check if the card is stable this way, then try reinstalling water cooling. Please make sure you have perfect contact between card and block (you can tell by visible imprint of chipset on thermal pads and thermal grease equally spreaded over surface).
