All orders require 1-3 Business Days processing time before ship. EKWB d.o.o. does not guarantee same day shipping. EKWB does not process orders during weekends.
EKWB ships each order via four different postal services:
1. Slovenian post: EMS Priority shipping (no tracking); www.posta.si
As EMS priority shipments cannot be tracked, EKWB does not guarantee any shipping time. If customer thinks parcel is lost or over delayed, he can contact EKWB Support. EKWB will file in an inquiry only after 30 days after shipping date. Choosing EMS priority shipping, customer agrees that chargeback is possible only 60 days after the day parcel was shipped. Any disputes of payment chargeback before 60 days after shipping date will be refused stating to shipping terms customer has agreed when choosing EMS priority shipping.

Shipping charges can be calculated before ordering in your Chart. Shipping charges will be added to your order on third stahe of making the order/ check out. Since shipping cost is based on region, charges cannot be figured until you provide requested information. Shipping information is displayed immediately following the bill to and ship to information in the check out process. This allows you to view shipping fees before any charges are placed to your credit card. Please make sure to select your preferred method.
- Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.

- EKWB does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.

EKWB ships worldwide. Paypal payment or 2Checkout payment is the preferred method for international orders; direct money transfer is also an option. International orders may require some forms of identification before processing. If webshop system cannot offer you shipping to your country or area that you reside in, please send us e-mail so we can check and possibly add your country or region in our system. If we may not be able process your order, we will cancel your order and refund payment if already made.
Overseas orders may be subject to import tax. We do not charge for this tax, so the customer will have to take care of it separately. You are responsible for, if any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges to import these items. EKWB does not sate the shipping products as "RMA parts" or "free samples" or "state low value" for the orders made in webshop so please do not ask us for that as this is against laws.
We are not responsible for any package that is damaged or lost due to another country’s customs or postal service. Shipping time is not guaranteed; shipping cost is also not guaranteed. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service - we are not responsible. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by EKWB.

All International shipments are subject to possible delays due to customs and may incur additional customs duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for additional incurred customs charges. Items are declared based on their charged value; we do not accept customer requests to markdown the item declarations (You would be defrauding your government which is illegal and punishable!) Any items shipped from one country to another are subject to customs fees. So far we have received feedback from a very small percentage of international customers who have indicated that have had to pay customs fees, so we believe the majority of customers pay little or no customs charges. But by placing an international order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand there may be customs fees in addition to the item costs and agree to pay any additional fees that are imposed.
Shipping Charges for Returns
EKWB provides shipping to the sender only. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is nonrefundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping to EKWB for parts, accessories and barebones.
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number and email address. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order.
If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone. We will always include your order number with any email, as this helps us to keep track of communications. No sensitive data is passed on via email.
Any information provided by you will be used for EKWB purposes only. However, EKWB may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order).
Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law.
There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.
You can help EKWB update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using the account profile pages or notifying Specialtech of any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.
Cookies are small bits of text used by a browser to store information on your computer’s hard drive. Each cookie can only be read by the web server that originally issued it.
Damaged Items: All shipping packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by e-mail. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for seven days with original packaging for couriers company inspection.
EKWB systems and parts that are purchased directly from EKWB by an end-user customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with EKWB "Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice. Products returned for credit must be received within 15 days of invoice date and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Product must be returned within 30 days. Systems are returnable for repair or replacement only.
EKWB will not assess a restocking fee for defective products. A qualified EKWB technician will test each returned product for defects.
Warranty is void if a product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed. Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void warranty. Returned items must be in »like new« condition. Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number, which is valid for 14 days after being issued.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. This is analogous to paying for gas to drive a product back to a store you bought from to return it. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex. EKWB will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized EKWB employee.
From time to time, EKWB may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with EKWB exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.
Terms of payment are within EKWB sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by EKWB. Payment must be received by prior to EKWB acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card via Paypal.com, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by EKWB. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted by EKWB based on the purchase, measured from the date of the invoice. EKWB may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon EKWB until accepted by EKWB. Any quotations given by EKWB will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
All prices in EKWB webshop include 20% Slovenian VAT. All Slovenian and international buyers must pay it. International buyers from EU with valid VAT number dont need to pay the VAT.
All prices in EKWB webshop exclude shipping costs.
Occasionally, EKWB offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a coupon code. This coupon code is usually given to you, the customer, via email if you are registered to receive EKWB Newsletters. If you have a coupon code from EKWB, please enter the coupon code towards the bottom of the Chart page in the Discount Codes field and press the Apply the cupon button.
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the entity named on the invoice ("EKWB") that will be provided to you ("Customer") on orders for advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or related products sold in the Slovenia. By accepting delivery of the advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or other products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in sole discretion of EKWB.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
EKWB issues a two-years warranty on all their products covering manufacturing and material defects on condition that the products are used in normal fashion. The warranty shall apply for two years from the moment EKWB sells the product concerned (to the first buyer).
Within the period of the warranty, and in accordance with the terms of the warranty, EKWB will undertake to replace or repair all defective components which have been used in normal fashion. However, the warranty is subject to the limitations and exceptions outlined below.
Conditions and limitations:
EKWB liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of components which are defective owing to manufacturing or material defects.
EKWB assumes no other liability than this, not even liability for indirect losses caused by the defect concerned, including operating losses, loss of profits, or damage caused to real property or moveable property occurring while the product concerned is the possession of the Buyer.
The Buyer alone shall bear the responsibility and risk involved as to whether the products are suitable for the application intended. EKWB assumes no liability in this connection.
EKWB assumes no liability for defects which occur due to use of their products for purposes for which they are not intended, or for defects which occur owing to incorrect installation, corrosion, ultraviolet degradation, lack of maintenance, or any alteration or repair of the product carried out incorrectly by the Buyer. Finally, EKWB assumes no liability for normal wear and tear, or for depreciation of value.
Nor do EKWB assume any liability for service carried out by anyone other than authorised representatives of EKWB, unless such service is carried out pursuant to guidelines laid down by EKWB and in accordance with good craftsmanship. The Buyer shall inform EKWB in writing of any defects with no undue delay once defects have been registered. Products being dealt with under the warranty shall be returned to EKWB for repair unless any other agreement has been reached in writing EKWB shall not cover costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the transport or wages involved in a warranty case. Such costs shall be met by the Buyer in full.
