The water block development process is supported by hi-tech CAD-CAM technology. Scratch sketches of the water block are transformed directly into 3D CAD models.
Before the prototypes are made the 3D CAD models are analysed and evaluated using FEM (Finite Element Method) method using computer software suite SolidWorks Flow Simulation by Dassault Systems.
When the prototype shows enough reasons to be produced, a few slightly different samples of prototypes are made and tested on real time CPU simulator, where all it's characteristics are recorded into our database on a computer for further analysis.
Usualy the best performing prototype sample is then modifed severeal times more for more possible performance-, durability and user-friendliness enhancements. Last but not least the sample is finaly tested for it's performance and reliability using the retail computer hardware until the water block is ready for mass production.
Our production facility consists of 14 CNC machining centers.
